Washington Eastern Railroad
Wilbur, WA - Sept. 13-15, 2024

Pacific Railcar Operators is pleased to announced a two day fall excursion on the Washington Eastern Railroad. We have not ran this railroad since 2018!  Set on will be at the SE Brace Street crossing in Wilbur, WA on September 13th from 1-5 PM and September 14th from 6:30 to 7:30 AM.  The safety meeting is at 8:00 am. Saturday we will run from Wilbur to Cheney, WA.  Then on the return trip we’ll stop at the Inland Northwest Rail Museum, and then return to Wilbur (128-miles).   Sunday we will run from Wilbur to Coulee City, and return for set off (80-miles). Total miles for the excursion will be 208-miles. 

The Washington Eastern Railroad made PRO a great deal on the excursion cost, so the run fee is only $175 per car.  Please bring 3-4 cans of nonperishable food for the Medical Lake food bank, as they are still recovering from the devastating fires of 2023.  There is a Minimum of 18 cars and a Maximum of 32 cars.

This is a NARCOA excursion.  All NARCOA rules and requirements will be followed along with PRO rules which require a spark arrester, boots, vest and radio in car.  Run itinerary will be emailed before the run with all details.  Do not set on until your paper work is verified by the EC or his assistant.
