*** SOLD 10/1/2023 ***
The railcar was originally on Burlington Northern's Pacific Division, assigned to the Ballard, Wa. signal department. I acquired it from a couple who wanted to use it on the Pend Oreille Valley RR in Cusick, Wa. by the Canadian border. I had the gas tank cleaned and lined, and rebuilt the carburetor, fuel lines, and put an Edelbrock electric fuel pump on it. I disassembled the engine, lapped the valves and re-ringed it. It has a recent battery, new starter, new coil, wires and points, new voltage regulator, and an emergency 300 amp battery cutoff switch. It runs and operates well-except it not being up to club standards, it could be run on the rails right now. The air system I built powers the brass whistle on top, as well as the authentic caboose crossing whistle on back. I haven't put a compressor on it; I charge it up with my compressor to show how it works. The seat has new foam and covering. I will sell it with a few extra parts I have, including an extra wheel, mechanical fuel pump, and other things. It needs wiper motors, the left oval window glass, and the left front windshield has a crack in it. The front headlights are as bright as a locomotive. The brake light works as well. I am asking $2,100.00. If you have any other questions I will answer as best i can. Location: Spokane Valley, WA
