Spring weather following a wet winter should make for a green and beautiful trip through farmland, hills, and along the Payette River. Excursion coordinators are Robin Douglas and Roger Farrell.

Mentoring is planned on Saturday at the INPR depot at Commercial Ave and Park St for new and returning operators.  Classroom session in the morning covering the range of NARCOA topics. Afternoon practicum on your motorcar including seton/setoff, inspection process and motorcar operation within yard limits. Pre-arrangement with EC required.   

  

Sunday, we’ll head west to Fruitland then return to Emmett; next run east to the collapsed tunnel near Montour, and back to Emmett. Approximate total distance is 70 miles for Sunday. 

The fee for this event will be $75 per car.  12 motorcars minimum, no hy-rails

Turntable and installed radio required.
