Do not set on until paperwork is verified by the E.C. or his assistant, and all passengers have signed the NARCOA General Release. Operator insurance, Operator’s Certificate, Spark Arrestor, Boots and Safety Vest are required.  All motorcar unloading/loading must be under the control of a winch.  Everyone is required to adhere to Pro General Order # 6. 

The run fee is $135.   Make checks out to PRO and mail them to EC, Rich Wilkins 2403 SE 102nd Ct. Vancouver, WA 98664. Please include your current mailing address, phone number and email with your check. All persons and riders must attend the safety meetings.
